Take two tablespoons of colostrum on an empty stomach when you wake up and before you sleep. No other food for 4hrs after waking and 4hrs before going to sleep to allow colostrum to work its magic and give you digestive system a rest. Colostrum is so nutrient rich, full of healthy fats and contains leptin that makes you feel full so you should not feel the need for more food. Do this for at least 2-4 weeks.
After you feel you have healed your digestive system, you can start adding colostrum to smoothies. Before then always take it on an empty stomach.
Avoid these foods known to cause gut issues in sensitive people for 2-4 weeks.
